How long until you notice results?
The saliva effect starts while you chew. There is no validated Enamio timeline for visible or measurable enamel change. A different hydroxyapatite gum trial measured sensitivity changes after one and two weeks, but that protocol used six pieces daily and a different formula. [6]
Does it help sensitive teeth?
Hydroxyapatite may help reduce dentin sensitivity by covering exposed tubules, and one chewing-gum trial reported better sensitivity scores than placebo. [6] That does not establish an Enamio-specific result. New, severe, or one-tooth sensitivity should be checked by a dentist.
Is it safe for kids?
Only give gum to a child who can chew it safely without swallowing or choking. Follow the product label and ask a pediatric dentist about age, fluoride exposure, allergies, and individual cavity risk. Keep xylitol gum locked away from dogs even in homes with children.
